SolarEdge Integration

GridMind integrates with the SolarEdge Monitoring API to display your solar inverter production data alongside your battery and EV information. SolarEdge is a monitoring-only integration — GridMind reads production data but does not send commands to SolarEdge hardware.

Supported Hardware

  • All SolarEdge single-phase and three-phase inverters
  • StorEdge battery (monitoring only, no control)
  • SolarEdge EV Charger (monitoring)

Prerequisites

  • SolarEdge monitoring account at monitoring.solaredge.com
  • API key enabled on your account (Settings → API Access in the monitoring portal)
  • Your Site ID (visible in the monitoring portal URL)

Setup

  1. In GridMind, go to Settings → System Management → Add Connection → SolarEdge
  2. Enter your API Key and Site ID
  3. Click Connect — GridMind immediately begins pulling production data

SolarEdge data arrives in 15-minute intervals from the SolarEdge API — not real-time. The dashboard will show the most recent 15-minute reading.
