What's the difference between self-hosted and cloud?

Self-hosted runs on your hardware (Docker) with all features free. Cloud is hosted by us — just sign in and connect your system. No server needed.

What systems does GridMind support?

Tesla Powerwall 2 and 3, Enphase IQ microinverters and Encharge batteries, FranklinWH aPower, SolarEdge inverters, and EcoFlow PowerOcean and Delta Pro Ultra. EV charging works with Tesla Wall Connector, Kia Connect, Hyundai Bluelink, Porsche Connect, and ChargePoint Home Flex.

How much can I save?

Depends on your TOU rates and battery size. GridMind tracks your actual savings in real-time. For most TOU users, the savings far exceed the $2.99/month Pro cost.

Is my data safe?

OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256. Energy data only accessible to your account. Payments handled by Stripe — we never see your card.

Can GridMind damage my battery?

No. GridMind uses official system APIs — the same commands the manufacturer's app uses. It cannot bypass built-in safety limits. In fact, GridMind gives you deeper health insights than the stock app — capacity estimation, degradation tracking, and efficiency monitoring help you catch issues early.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted.
