Enphase Integration
GridMind integrates with Enphase Enlighten to monitor your IQ microinverters and IQ Battery system. Connect your Enphase account to see real-time solar production, battery state of charge, and grid import/export data alongside your other energy sources.
Supported Hardware
- IQ8 microinverters (all variants: IQ8, IQ8+, IQ8A, IQ8H, IQ8M)
- IQ Battery 3T (3.36 kWh)
- IQ Battery 5P (5.0 kWh)
- Enphase IQ EV Charger (monitoring only)
- IQ Gateway (required for local communication)
Prerequisites
- Enphase Enlighten account (free at enlighten.enphaseenergy.com)
- IQ Gateway installed and connected to the internet
- Enlighten Monitoring active for your system
Setup
- In GridMind, go to Settings → System Management → Add Connection → Enphase
- Click “Connect with Enphase”
- Sign in to your Enphase Enlighten account and authorize GridMind
- Select your Enphase site from the list
- Click “Discover Site” to confirm system detection

Enphase battery control (setting reserve, changing mode) is partially supported. Full mode control parity with Tesla is planned for a future update.
Troubleshooting
- ”No battery data”: Ensure your IQ Battery is paired with your IQ Gateway in the Enlighten app
- ”Stale data”: The Enphase Enlighten API may have a 5–15 minute delay compared to Tesla’s real-time data — this is a limitation of the Enphase API
- OAuth expired: Re-authorize at Settings → System Management → Enphase → Reconnect
