Enphase Integration

GridMind integrates with Enphase Enlighten to monitor your IQ microinverters and IQ Battery system. Connect your Enphase account to see real-time solar production, battery state of charge, and grid import/export data alongside your other energy sources.

Supported Hardware

  • IQ8 microinverters (all variants: IQ8, IQ8+, IQ8A, IQ8H, IQ8M)
  • IQ Battery 3T (3.36 kWh)
  • IQ Battery 5P (5.0 kWh)
  • Enphase IQ EV Charger (monitoring only)
  • IQ Gateway (required for local communication)

Prerequisites

  • Enphase Enlighten account (free at enlighten.enphaseenergy.com)
  • IQ Gateway installed and connected to the internet
  • Enlighten Monitoring active for your system

Setup

  1. In GridMind, go to Settings → System Management → Add Connection → Enphase
  2. Click “Connect with Enphase”

Troubleshooting

  • ”No battery data”: Ensure your IQ Battery is paired with your IQ Gateway in the Enlighten app
  • ”Stale data”: The Enphase Enlighten API may have a 5–15 minute delay compared to Tesla’s real-time data — this is a limitation of the Enphase API
  • OAuth expired: Re-authorize at Settings → System Management → Enphase → Reconnect
